By visiting nexalseo.com (the “Site”) or downloading the NexalSEO WordPress plugin (“Plugin”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site or the Plugin.
Using this website
You may browse the Site and use the contact form or WhatsApp button to reach us. You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure;
- Scrape or reproduce the Site’s content at scale without permission;
- Use the contact form or WhatsApp button to send spam, malicious links, or unlawful content.
The NexalSEO plugin
The free version of the Plugin is distributed through WordPress.org under the GPLv3 (or later) license. You’re free to use, study, modify and redistribute it under the terms of that license. The Plugin is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law — see “Disclaimers” below.
A paid “Pro” tier is planned but not yet generally available. If and when it launches, its own terms (including pricing, refunds and support scope) will be presented separately at the point of purchase.
Intellectual property
The NexalSEO name, logo and the original text/design of this Site are owned by us. The Plugin’s source code is licensed under the GPL as noted above, which permits reuse under those license terms; our brand name and logo are not covered by that license and may not be used to imply endorsement without permission.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party destinations (for example, WordPress.org and WhatsApp). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Disclaimers
The Site and the Plugin are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantee that the Plugin will improve any specific site’s search rankings — SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexalSEO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the Plugin, including loss of traffic, rankings, revenue or data.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you additional rights where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or the Plugin after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
